Roofing Warranties that R&R offers: 50 year, limited lifetime warranty and 2 yr, 3 yr and 5 yr workmanship warranties.
Painting Warranties that R&R offers: 2 yr, 3 yr and 5 yr workmanship warranties.
Product Warranties: 5 & 10 yr, and lifetime for the higher end products.

What should I do if I'm considering installing solar panels to my roof?
Have a roof inspection done before your solar installation date. If your roof is nearing the time for replacement, have the south portion replaced before the solar is installed. This saves the cost of removing and reinstalling your solar panels at a later date.

How does a solar reflective coating help my roof?
It seals and waterproofs the roof and adds 10-plus years to the life cycle of the roof. It also reduces the interior heat temperature of your home.

How do I recognize dry rot on my house?
If you see raw and bare wood and peeled paint, that's a sign of moisture getting behind the paint which causes dry rot. Dry rot is costly to repair when left untreated.
